Handy man/ carpenter (Seattle)

Looking for a handy man/ carpenter who can install disposals, dishwashers, hot water heaters etc.
and possibly do small kitchen and bath remodels from time to time, and do at least some plumbing and electrical.
Most of the work is in the Ballard/Sunset Hill, and Greenlake area, so proximity is important.
This is only part time work, just need someone I can call on to do these little projects and help take care of some rentals.
Hourly rate is negotiable, and must have truck or at least a car.
HONESTY IS A MUST.
