We are seeking to hire a skilled, versatile and experienced tradesman immediately.
You will need to be highly knowledgeable about all aspects of residential and commercial repairs, carpentry, cabinetry, maintenance, and construction, and you understand everything from the foundation to the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to the framing and finishing work.
It is preferred applicants have their own reliable transportation, basic hand and power tools, but this is not required.
Punctuality, however, is a *MUST*.

*Duties & Responsibilities:*
* Carpentry, light electrical and plumbing work, including best practices, and detailing in categories such as framing, window, and door installation, siding, casework, and cabinetry, finish carpentry, trim of all varieties, amongst other kinds of custom construction.
* Electrical and plumbing work would include installing outlets, switches, light fixtures, and ceiling fans.
* Plumbing work would include installing toilets, sinks, faucets, dishwashers, and garbage disposals.
* Layout and build floors, walls, and truss roof systems that are square, plumb, and true.
* Remove or demolish designated parts or sections of structures using hand or power tools.
* Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using hand or power tools.
* Install structures, finish surfaces, and fixtures, such as frames, windows, decking, floorings, cabinets, millwork, drywall, paint, or hardware, using carpenter hand and power tools.
* Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, stairs, mantles, and other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, carpenter hand tools, and power tools.
* Create structures for pouring concrete.
* Erect and work on top of scaffolding and ladders.
* Move and install equipment and machinery.
* Use levels, measuring instruments, plumb bobs, framing squares, and special equipment to ensure everything is level and square.
* Select appropriate task materials and tools according to sketches, construction documents, or building plans.
*Skills & Qualifications:*
* Detailed planning skills, including design execution, resource allocation, and contingencies.
* Understanding of construction equipment, including safe operating practices and signs of maintenance issues.
* Have a verifiable work history.
* Desire to increase knowledge and understanding of construction materials, techniques, and methods to master your craft.
