About this Role: The successful candidate will function and be responsible for effectively completing various tasks and supporting senior staff in major projects under their supervision.
Some of the major work and projects that the incumbent will be involved in are: Assist with the development of project management documents, such as project management plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and Project Risk Management Plan Assist with planning and supporting project stakeholder engagement activities.
Assist with procurement management duties such as review of contracts, review of invoices, track progress of payments, and close contracts.
Assist with and develop project management training materials including PowerPoint presentations, handbooks, handouts, graphics, and other documents.
Track and maintain project information in SWD tracking systems.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
This position performs work remotely and onsite.
Onsite work will vary with assigned projects.
