Join our vibrant nightclub and lounge in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood where you will play a crucial role in managing our technological framework.
This comprehensive role includes maintaining our Toast POS system, ensuring robust network and internet connectivity, and overseeing our existing security camera setup with the flexibility to upgrade or expand as necessary.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Ensure the smooth operation of our Toast POS system across two of our venues steps away from eachother, handling any issues that arise.
* Maintain reliable internet and network connections, troubleshooting any problems to prevent operational disruptions.
* Manage our current security camera system, including assessing performance, conducting routine maintenance, and handling the replacement or addition of cameras as required.
* Provide timely technical support and training to staff, fostering a tech-savvy environment.
* Collaborate with external vendors and support teams to resolve any complex hardware or software issues.
*Requirements:*
* Proven experience with POS systems, particularly Toast, and familiarity with security camera systems.
* Strong knowledge in networking, including setup, management, and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and related technologies.
* *CompTIA A+ certification required, with additional certifications (e.
g.
, Network+, Security+) considered a plus.

* Effective problem-solving skills, with a knack for diagnosing and addressing technical issues swiftly.
* Excellent communication abilities, capable of guiding non-technical staff through technical processes.
* Physical aptitude for occasional installation and maintenance tasks involving security equipment.
