*Our Location:* Our Seattle Fulfillment Center (SFC) is located in the heart of the Ikea Commercial District where we have 200,000 square feet of state of the art production and inventory.

*Job Vision:* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Apparel Product Developer to join our dynamic design team.
The ideal candidate should possess a distinctive mix of creative and technical design skills, flexibility to handle a range of product development tasks, and understand that timely product development is essential for success of the business.
Must prioritize teamwork, show initiative, be a quick learner and maintain a positive demeanor.
* Key Responsibilities:* * Design & Technical Design*: * Collaborate closely with design, technical design and merchandising teams to help facilitate new product development and ongoing production approvals.
* Manage the production approval process for transitioning currently running styles to new manufacturing facilities, ensuring a seamless match in design, style, fit, and quality with previous productions.
This role is pivotal in maintaining Cutter & Buck’s design integrity and product consistency across different product categories.
* Develop, revise and manage PLM tech packs with accurate technical drawings, construction details, bill of materials, size charts/fit comments, and construction details.
* Responsibilities may also involve supporting the design team with various tasks such as approving bulk fabric and trims, processing lab-dip comments, organization of garment samples and archived factory submits.
* Manage the complete fit review & approval process for designated styles.
Includes accurate measuring of garment samples in preparation for fit sessions, guide fit sessions and submit sample approval comments to oversees partners.
* Development Calendar Management:* * Oversee the team development calendar, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule.
* Track all status updates throughout the development process, proactively identifying and calling attention to potential delays to the team and oversees partners.
* Administrative Support:* * Assist with various administrative tasks related to apparel design and product development process.
Includes maintaining testing documentation in PLM system, managing various product related questions or requests from cross functional departments.
* Work on other projects as needed to help support calendar deliverables and overall business objectives.

*Education and Experience:* Degree in Apparel Design Minimum 5+ years’ experience in product development, design or production in garment/product manufacturing.
Proven teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment.
Must possess a growth-oriented mindset.
Thorough knowledge of fabrics, garment design, technical design, construction and fit specifications.
Experience working in in PLM (Product Line Management) system is a must.
Proficient drawing garment/CAD sketches in Illustrator.
Experience communicating and working with oversees partners.
* Work Environment: *Onsite days at Seattle Fulfillment Center required as scheduled with team.
The onsite days include fit model days as well as full team onsite days.
Remote days require dependent care for full time focus while remote.
