AAA Heating & Air Conditioning has been locally owned and operated since 1989.
We focus mainly on residential HVAC with some light commercial as well.
We provide maintenance, service, installation, duct renovation, duct cleaning, and Aeroseal for our customers' heating and cooling systems.

What does an Installation Technician do?
You will be traveling to customer's homes as one of a team of 2-3 installers.
The lead installer will direct you as you assist to remove the customer's old equipment and install new heating and cooling equipment.
This includes tasks like running wire through walls, fabricating and installing duct work, installing refrigeration lines, replacing venting, and putting new equipment in place.
You will typically assist on 1-2 jobs a day.
Requirements:
Mechanical aptitude
Physically able to carry out manual labor for 8-10 hours a day.
Be comfortable with and physically able to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, work in tight quarters and in the different weather conditions
Previous experience working on any residential construction crews is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to talk about the install with customers
Ability to pass background
Clean driving record
