Requirements Account Manager: This is where you come in.
We’re looking for an Account Manager to be proficient in HVAC services as they pertain to healthcare settings and meet performance standards set by the Business Unit Manager.
You will be expected to be a professional self-starter, develop a dependable sales track record, and maintain regular contact with customers, building owners and co-workers to ensure a quality product.

Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero: Identify, sell, and negotiate HVAC retrofit and tenant improvement projects, as well as plumbing.
Medical Gas knowledge is also preferred.
Perform Project Management duties to include effective cost and risk management, quality assurance and timely execution.
Attend department meetings and submit reports (expense reports, sales reports, working agreements) The Account Manager role reports to Pat Cabe, Senior Project Executive on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business.
This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.
Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role? You should have… A track record of networking and developing new client bases Expertise leveraging a deep understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems to explain services to prospective clients Minimum three years’ sales experience with mechanical and/or plumbing systems.
Or five years’ Project Management in mechanical/plumbing A degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Business or other technical degree is preferred.
And everyone you work with should describe you as… Highly collaborative with strong communication skills Passionate with a can-do attitude Self-Motivated with tons of initiative A top tier problem solver And you should be motivated by… Being a key source of knowledge and an integral part of projects that are important to the upkeep of hospitals within Seattle and surrounding areas.
