Mill Rock Packaging (MRP) is a specialty packaging growth platform formed in August 2020 by Mill Rock Capital to invest in growing businesses with advanced service and product capabilities in the consumer packaging industry.
MRP’s operations include production facilities in Renton, WA, Aurora, CO, Salt Lake City, UT, St Paul, Hutchinson, MN and Hartford, CT.
Together, our locations provide high-end, graphic packaging to the food and beverage, personal care, cannabis, health and beauty, and other consumer end markets.
Products include a diverse suite of premium, sustainable paper packaging, including single face litho laminate, folding carton, and other special effects.

```Duties:```
· Responsible for safely and efficiently operating a die cutter machine.
· Set up of press and make ready of jobs.
· Stage all materials for next job on press (printed sheets, cutting die, plate and blanking tools, platforms for loading material).
· Monitor sheets while job is running.
· Transport die cut loads to Gluing and Stripping staging areas.
· Conduct routine maintenance.
· Help maintain organization of plates and cutting dies.
· Assist in process improvement/waste reduction techniques.
· Follow all departmental policies, safety rules and procedures.
· Follow all good manufacturing policies as they relate to food safety
· Perform other job duties as assigned.
