*Primary Objective(s) of Position: * Provide administrative assistance for assigned projects.
*Summary of Expected Outcome(s):* High quality, professional work product performed with initiative, productivity, a positive attitude and behavior.
Performance should meet or exceed the established standards, goals and accountability for the position.
*Key Result Areas (essential functions):* · Provide assistance to the project team throughout a project to ensure timely and quality results using Procore, Microsoft Office, Docusign and other software programs.
o Generate letters, reports, change orders, forms and other materials as required.
o Prepare subcontracts for issuance, including riders and certified payroll information.
Check specification for special requirements.
o Maintain and distribute a sublist for each project.
o Prepare, and record owner and subcontractor change orders.
o Coordinate job closeout documentation; assemble and submit to owners’ representatives.
o File and maintain project office documentation, records and correspondence.
· Build and facilitate collaborative team processes among project participants.
o Provide support to accounting team members in checking, entering and filing subcontractor contracts and change for all companies.
· Provide C/M project support.
o Prepare monthly reimbursable pay applications and lien waivers for the owner.
o Assist in preparing for submittal of trade contractor invoices to the owner.
o Assist in preparing bid packages with pre-bid conferences.
· Other responsibilities/duties as assigned.
*Qualifications*: · History of experience and proven results including; o High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of construction office experience.
Knowledge of construction principles is preferred.
· Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.
· Developed skills (written, oral and listening) in order to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
· Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously under time constraints.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.
00 - $80,000.
