*Job Description:*
* Fabricating of custom cabinetry and furniture per shop drawings
* Providing input on design, fabrication techniques, and other approaches to building product and shop setup
* Fabricating shop fixtures
* Setting up and optimizing shop processes
* Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety procedures
* Final sanding and detailing of completed assemblies
*Qualifications:*
* Proficiency with a wide range of woodworking tools and equipment
* Deep knowledge of woodworking materials and techniques
* Experience in craft-based and production-based wood products manufacturing
* Mechanical familiarity with woodworking equipment - troubleshoot and optimize machine setup
* Must have good listening skills
* Must be able to lift 50+ pounds periodically, shifting raw materials, fixtures, or finished goods.
Must use shop-provided safety and material handling equipment when appropriate
* Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, as the duration of the shift may require
* Willingness to learn, and to try new approaches or tasks, based on their merits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.
00 - $40.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
