com As a specialty staircase contractor and manufacturer of metal and aluminum staircase components, you will have the opportunity to be a big part of a small company and if interested do more than just welding.
Qualifications: Five years minimum experience in mig and tig welding Five years minimum of cutting and prepping materials Familiarity with welding tools and procedures Ability to handle physical workload (lifting at least 50 lbs) Ability to multitask and prioritize Ability to thrive in a fun environment Ability to work well with others in a close-knit team environment Responsibilities: Weld and fabricate finished metal and aluminum products including, but not limited to stair and rail components Install stairs and railings on occasion Follow drawings and instructions to meet product specifications and quality Calculate material measurements to verify specifications Quality control Key Notes: Welding Certifications - not required, but a plus! Willing to do what it takes to get the job done and have fun doing it.
