Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.
This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction management principles.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project milestones are met
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates and address any questions or concerns
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
