This position is accountable for tactical leadership of Kestra's supply chain activity for equipment that supports lifesaving medical devices.
This position plays a critical role in developing and executing strategies.
As a leader they build, maintain, and strengthen key internal and external relationships.
This position will work with outsourced suppliers to ensure inventory levels are maintained and manufacturing constraints are accurate and mitigated.
This position manages a team of Supply Chain, Planning and Distribution professionals.
They work collaboratively and cross functionally with his/her peers.
Requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Manage the team to facilitate supply chain, manufacturing, planning, distribution and technical strategies Execute strategies, systems and processes that support accelerated growth and drive desired performance levels, product quality, predictability, reliability, and responsiveness of the supply chain Collaborate with other leaders to optimize global manufacturing operations with outsourcing partners including suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners Work with outsourced suppliers to confirm planning processes is being followed, manufacturing constraints are accurate and feasible productions plans are developed Continually identify and mitigate risks, and monitor resource allocations Support and demonstrate Kestra’s Mission & Core Values COMPETENCIES: Passion: Contagious excitement about the company – sense of urgency.

A critical skill for pressure situations QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Experience Required: Bachelor's degree or directly related experience Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, or healthcare related focus Minimum 10 years direct experience within a regulated, technical, and/or medical device manufacturing environment Demonstrated experience leading high performing teams who meet and exceed goals Demonstrated experience building collaborative cross-functional relationships to execute strategies Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Preferred: Master's degree Experience managing a global supply chain, including logistics, export compliance, and vendor management Experience working in a start-up environment WORK ENVIRONMENT: Indoor open office environment Minimal noise volume typical to an office environment Extended/overtime hours when needed Kestra manufactures and provides life-saving products regulated by the Federal Food and Drug Administration and under contract with Medicare.
