We are looking for a Traffic Control Supervisor in the Western Washington Region to join our rapidly growing team.
Utilities One delivers a full range of infrastructure solutions for Telecommunications providers, Electric and gas Utilities, Wireless Carriers, and the Technology Deployment sector.
The key role responsibility is to manage the day-to-day operational planning, scheduling, resourcing, implementation, and delivery of traffic management services for all sites.
Responsibilities
Design and develop traffic guidance schemes, traffic management plans, etc.
to be approved and implemented on relevant sites;
Assess the need for and obtain any licenses or permits required for the works;
Work closely with Operational Managers and external customers to ensure all sites are compliant with legislative and industry standards for traffic management;
Be technically competent and provide sound advice to internal and external customers;
Have a strong focus on job cost management and resource utilization while maintaining a high standard of service and continuity of work for your team;
Perform any and all tasks assigned by your Direct Superior.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years in supervising Traffic Operations;
A valid and unrestricted Driver's License;
Ability to travel within the Pacific Northwest market;
Ability to quickly respond appropriately to unexpected events;
Ability to pass pre-employment exams including drug & alcohol screening and background check.
