Position: CCTV Field Service Technician
Compensation: $60,000 -$70,000 yearly salary + commission

*Responsibilities:*
* Perform initial triage and identify solutions for outages and disruptions at customer sites.
* Assist clients in the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment.
* Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide guidance to customers on equipment usage.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Conduct routine installation, maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance.
* Pre-test units before installation and remove units upon completion of client jobs.
* Travel to customer sites for on-site service and repairs, delivering top-notch service.
* Collaborate with Sales Representatives to provide updates on work status.
* Communicate with the Field Services Supervisor regarding open and completed jobs.
* Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring high-quality performance.
* Maintain accurate records, including daily ticket logs, updated calendars, and inventory management.
* Operate company vehicles safely, keeping them clean, maintained, stocked, and secure.
* Utilize and become proficient with tools, test equipment, and information to enhance business results.
* Perform on-call duties and responsibilities as required.
* Perform additional duties as requested by the supervisor.
*Education and Experience:*
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* Experience in installing CCTV equipment (desired but not required).
* Basic knowledge of electrical components and networking concepts.
* Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
* Professional appearance.
* Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-focused mentality.
* Self-starter with career advancement motivation.
* Minimum one year of experience as a Field Technician I.
* Successful completion of IPVM - Camera Course certification within the first nine months of employment.
* Establish and maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with internal and external customers.
* Consistently meet SLA targets.
* Conduct weekly inventory counts.
* Monitor and achieve metrics, including CSAT, Last Assignment to Resolution Time, Repair Rate, and % Tickets Completed by Tech.
* Thorough understanding of mobile troubleshooting.
* Ensure job safety and respect for others, property, and individual safety.
* Work effectively with others to encourage teamwork and productivity.
* Computer Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
) and G-Suite.
* Working knowledge of NetSuite, Salesforce, Zendesk, and camera viewing platforms (preferred).
*Other Requirements:*
* No travel restrictions.
* Maintain a clean driving record.
* Enhanced communication skills.
* Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
