The Role: We’re seeking self-starter and income goal-oriented individuals who are looking for a long-term career as an In-Home Consultative Sales Consultant.
This role is perfect for someone that is self-disciplined, naturally gifted at asking great questions, someone who has a high sense of duty, someone who is enthusiastic, fast paced, and persuasive, and who loves the idea of being part of our mission to enrichen people's lives.
Prior construction experience is beneficial, but not a prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the design process
· Conduct in-home consultations, effectively utilizing the Re-Bath Sales Process.
· Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the General Manager to ensure seamless, detailed execution.
· Technically oriented when using SharePoint and other software tools to support the Production Team.
· Conduct post-completion visits for thorough quality checks, photography, and referral generation.
· Maintain high standards of professionalism, using your reliable vehicle for client visits.
Qualifications:
· Mandatory: High School Diploma, clean driving record, and a background check.
· Preferred: Construction experience or consultative sales experience.
Skills:
· Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
· Sense of urgency and duty to multi-task and complete projects.
· Proficiency in Microsoft products and high technical abilities.
· A persuasive, thorough and self-starter mindset.
Working Conditions:
· Predominantly office and client-site based, with a mix of sitting (80%) and standing/walking (20%).
· Ability to lift sample kits (up to 45 pounds).
· Frequent client and team interactions.

Pay Scale & Benefits:
· Competitive base pay with a 90-day review, then transitioning to a commission-based structure.
