_ *Position Summary:* Responsible for assisting the Service Manager with the completion of all aspects of assigned projects from inception to completion.
*Desired Skills & Experience:* * A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the construction industry or a degree in a construction related field.
* Strong computer skills including MS Office suite, Bluebeam/Adobe.
* Must have strong leadership skills, strong oral communication skills, active listening skills, and excellent writing skills.
* Must be able to work cooperatively with a variety of personalities.
* A self-starter who will work proactively with the Service Manger and Associate Project Manager, and team.
*Position Accountabilities:* * Receives and reviews project requests as directed.
* Assists with tracking, auditing and reporting on daily project activity including cost controls, schedule compliance, productivity, quality scope definition, scope additions/deletions as directed.
* Creates, submits and tracks change orders under the direction of the Service Manager and Associate Project Manager.
* Perform project setup duties as required.
* Responsible for maintaining records and reports essential to the effective operation of ongoing projects and assigned areas of responsibility.
* Produce project based reports internally and externally.
* Assist the Service Manager with overseeing the coordination of project scope with Project Team, Finance Team, and the Purchasing Department to achieve maximum efficiency and cost management.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Assist Field personnel as needed.
*Physical Demands:* To perform the essential functions of this job the employee needs to work effectively in a variety of work site scenarios including remote construction job sites.
