2/2019 PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION Responsible for providing skilled craftsmanship for installation of formwork, finish carpentry and drywall.
COMPENSATION The base compensation range for this role is $ $32.
22-51.

KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) Setup trailers Build decks, stairs, roofs and other temporary structures between office units, plan tables, install shelves, setup tool trailers and/or conex’s, silt fences and/or straw bales, setup site per erosion control plan Hand-set forms and/or assemble the gang forms Assist journeyman and foreman with the shooting of grades and elevation Unload, handle, stockpile, and erect of all pre-fabricated materials Concrete and rough carpentry Hand set Walls Footings Set Gang Wall Forms Structural Concrete Decks Drywall Finish Carpentry, doors, frames, and hardware Millwork and cabinetry Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels All other duties asassigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy Ability to picture solid objects from drawings or diagrams Some ability to readplans Ability to operate equipment such as: table saws, radial arm saws, belt & disc sanders, drill presses, fall protection equipment, rigging and form systems Strong teamwork orientation Positive attitude and professional customer service skills Detail orientation Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED Enrolled in apprenticeship program Previous experience on a construction site preferred ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability Frequency See (naturally or corrected) A Hear (naturally or corrected) A Traverse construction site daily A Balance A Manual dexterity A Arm steadiness A Work Environment Frequency Dirt A Heat/Cold F Excessive noise F Dust A Grease/Oil O Vibration O Heights F Confined spaces O Movements Frequency Sitting O Standing A Walking A Crouching/Stooping F Kneeling/Squatting F Climbing F Repetitive hand/arm/leg movements A Lifting/Carrying F Up to 50lbs F 50lbs + O Pushing/Pulling F Up to 50lbs F 50lbs + O Reaching (high or low) F Frequency codes: (A) Always, (F) Frequently, (O) Occasionally, (N) Never *Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling over 50 lbs will be done with assistance of another team member or equipment.
