We are seeking a skilled *Cable Technician* to join our team in ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of cable systems for our customers.

*Responsibilities:*
* Install cable systems in residential or commercial buildings, including running cables, mounting equipment, and connecting devices.
* Test and troubleshoot cable systems to ensure optimal performance and adherence to industry standards.
* Respond to service calls from customers regarding issues with their cable service, diagnose problems, and implement solutions.
* Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to existing cable systems to improve performance and reliability.
* Keep accurate records of work performed, including equipment used, materials used, and time spent on each job.
* Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
* Stay current with developments in cable technology and industry best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
*Requirements:*
- Valid Driver License and Social Security Card with a clean record
- White Minivan Pick-up truck/*NOT MANDATORY*
- Able to communicate efficiently with customers and build exceptional customer service
